Cathy's Occasional Cakes ... because we all need a little cake, occasionally |
|||
Cathy was a cake decorator at The Bakery in New Paltz, NY. She got her start studying cake design at New York Cake and Baking Distributors (formerly "The Chocolate Gallery"). She recently studied artistic gum paste flower techniques at The Academy of Cake Art in New York City. The cakes and decorations pictured on this are only a small sample of the kinds of work Cathy has done do to make many occasions memorable. Cathy's Occasional Cakes are made entirely from scratch, by her own hands, and using the finest ingredients. And on top of looking wonderful, they taste delicious! |
